The Power of Intention

Yesterday, I watched Super Soul Sunday, yes I know it was Monday, but I had it DVRed and always like to repeat them. I really got the message of Intention. I downloaded the book, "Seat of the Soul" and began it to learn more. Intention is when you purposely line up with Spirit and choose to live from the higher self and allow God to direct and fulfill God's purpose and plan in your life.

I awoke in a funk, due to several situations in my life that I want to see changed. However, this morning, as I was getting ready, I heard God speak to my heart, " Is this the course you want for your life today?" I immediately decided to set a different course or intention (to line up mind and spirit with God's Spirit.) I said, "Today,I stand in my truth. I am the co-creator of my life, I initiate my intention for success,health, prosperity and I forgive myself and others for errors and release myself and them to God for God's Purpose!

Now, it helped my state of mind, but the situations did not magically disappear. However, later in the day, I got a message from Harpo studios that they had saw something I had written and wanted to possibly use it in a promotion. Now, I love Oprah and am very thankful for the work, that God has called her to. She has helped me in so many ways, and to even be considered in any way to be a small part of the work they do, is such a blessing. At the same time, no matter what comes of that, call, I took it as God's way to confirm, the power of Intention. I can hear God chuckle and say, If you trust me and set your Intention every day, you open yourself to some pretty amazing things. Now I am not saying that I expect to hear from Oprah everyday, or that you should, but I also am not going to limit or seek to define what God can do, but I am expecting miracles!

I have had enough of ordinary life, I have now set a new course. I have thrown away the old script and story and have set my Intention for a new Life and Adventure, with God!
